CHRIS YUJIN

      A male child was born to Yujin Pasil.K.V. and Smitha Yujin on 5th February 2007 at 1357 h. His birth weight was 2.75 kg. The birth star of the child according to Malayalam calendar is 'Pooram'. The labour was a special experience to the attending gynaecologist Dr. Jayashree Madhavan MBBS, MD(OBG). His birth was normal and was at Little Flower Hospital, Angamaly, Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

He was baptised on 19th May 2007 by Fr. Job Kelamparampil at St. Mary's Church, Mookkannoor, Angamaly. He was named as Chris in the presence of his God parents Mr P.A. Steephan and Mrs. Annie Steephan.

At 8 months of age he weighted 7.5 kg and started crawling on floor. We parents are eagerly waiting for his first tooth. Now he make some sounds like Atta... Atta.. . He takes banana powder paste, rice with his favorite item - 'pappad'. He sleeps well in the night and active during the whole day except a few hours of nap. On completion of 11 months, he is able to stand and walk with the help of parents or a chair. He started driving the chair and enjoyed the thrill of travel. Two teeth popped out from the lower jaw.

Chris started walking independently in the first week of Jan 2008. We celebrated his first birthday on 5th February 2008 at Arthunkal, Alapuzha. He is getting two more teeth. By end of April 2008, he smiles showing all his 4 teeth. Now he can imitate few sounds and words.
